We Kissed

The morning after the dinner, Emma tells Chloe everything at their usual cafe, and on Monday Karim already knows. Say "we talked for hours" and "we kissed", say "I like him" and "what's he like?", describe someone, say "you're in love" and "it's going too fast", give and take advice with "you're right", and ask a friend to keep a secret.

THE STORY

It's Sunday morning, the day after the dinner. Chloe has been sending messages since eight o'clock. At ten, they meet at their usual cafe on the Croix-Rousse. Chloe doesn't even say hello. She just looks at Emma, and waits. And on Monday evening, in the staff room, Karim is waiting for Emma with a big smile. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
