L’HISTOIRE
Thursday April second, 2026. Ben waits in the arrivals hall at Narita and calls Yui. His parents' plane from Toronto is an hour late. They come through the doors tired and happy, pushing two enormous suitcases, and take a taxi into Tokyo. The driver doesn't speak English, and Ben's parents don't speak Japanese, so Ben interprets all the way. At the Hanaya, Kenta is waiting at the door. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
