L’HISTOIRE
It's the first Sunday of October, and the neighbourhood holds its sports day in the park. Mrs. Tanaka has put Ben and Yui on the red team without asking. Ben is heavy, so he's in the tug of war. Yui is fast, so she runs the relay. And when Mrs. Tanaka asks who will do the bun-eating race, one hand goes up. By the afternoon the relay is lost, and everything rides on the rope. That evening, the red team meets at Mrs. Tanaka's. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
