营业 执照。yíngyè zhízhàoa business licence, word for word do business permit
好 事！ 但是 要 营业 执照。hǎo shì! dànshì yào yíngyè zhízhàoA good thing! But you need a business licence.
执照 在 哪里 办？zhízhào zài nǎli bànWhere do you get the licence?
先 去 办 执照， 别 的 以后 再 说。xiān qù bàn zhízhào, bié de yǐhòu zài shuōFirst go and get the licence; the rest, we'll talk about later.
好！ 三月 就 去！hǎo! sānyuè jiù qùGood! In March, we go!
