One Sound, Four Meanings

Write a crosstalk routine with Mister Hou: hear that you are writing a new one, ask if it is the foreigner's joke, hear it is about the four tones, say mother, hemp, horse, scold, hear one sound and four meanings, say the line about mother and the horse, be asked how the foreigner says it, and give the punchline.
