A stall near Chowpatty, the man who fries Mumbai's potato fritter in a bun: two vada pav and a pav bhaji, spicy or less, how is the fritter made, first the potato gets boiled, I boil the potato, then it's fried in batter, the bun gets cut, Rohan cuts the bun, garlic and coconut get roasted and ground.
