It is Wednesday, September twenty-fourth, Sarah's third day at the clinic. Every Mexican kitchen has its own salsa, and Elena's is famous on her street. Tonight she is going to teach it to Sarah, and while she's at it, she is going to fix something that has been bothering her since the bus station. Then Andres and Roberto come to the table, and taste. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
