It's Saint Valentine's Day, and at noon the exam results come out. Sarah is asleep after a night shift, with her phone off, so Julian sees the list at the Archive, and runs home across the bridge to wake her. Share news nobody can believe - is it out yet, what does it say, number twelve out of more than ten thousand, tell me again slowly, somebody pinch me - and keep a promise made on the night before the exam.

LA HISTORIA
It's Thursday, February 14th, 2030, Saint Valentine's Day. At noon, the results of the exam come out, on the ministry's website. Sarah came home from a night shift at half past eight, and she's asleep, with her phone off. Julian is at the Archive of the Indies, in front of his computer, and the archivist is reading over his shoulder. At twenty-five past twelve, he runs into Encarna's patio in Triana, out of breath, with a bunch of red roses. At half past twelve, he wakes Sarah up. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
