The Celebration
In early September, everyone from the school takes Ben out to celebrate passing his exam, the pass certificate comes by post, Ben's parents and Missus Sato hear the news at last, and the kitten finally gets her name. Congratulate someone and raise a glass, say it's thanks to everyone, say who's paying, talk about the next level and your goal, read out scores, say you're glad you didn't give up, pass on what someone says, and name a cat.

THE STORY
It's Friday, September the fourth, and everyone from Sakura English takes Ben to a Japanese pub to celebrate. Mister Kimura is paying, and Mike wants to know what Ben will take next. When Ben gets home, a big envelope is waiting for him. The next morning, his parents in Toronto hear the news at last, Ben keeps his promise to Missus Sato, and the little grey kitten finally gets her name.
