PART 3 · LESSON 30 OF 30 · 40 MINUTES
Sunset
On the last day of the honeymoon, Ben and Yui send a postcard to Missus Sato, watch the sun go down over the sea, and look back on the year, from Sota's tiny flat to the shrine in Kyoto. Then plans, slowly. Say husband and wife (otto, tsuma, goshujin), a year ago and now, write a postcard, go and collect someone (mukae ni iku), and what comes next. Then a review of the whole level.

THE STORY
Saturday, the last day in Okinawa. Ben's back is still sore from Thursday, and the innkeeper notices. On the terrace, Yui writes a postcard to Missus Sato, and puts in the one thing Ben asks her to leave out. That evening the sun goes down into the sea, and Ben remembers where he was a year ago. Tomorrow, Tokyo, the cat, the school and the hospital. Tonight there's nothing to do but sit, and look back on the year. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
