I've Decided
Yui sees Ben off at Kyoto station and asks what he'll do about the Japanese exam. Back at work on Monday, he tells Ms. Aoki and Mr. Kimura that he's going to take it in July, and signs his contract for next year. Learn the dictionary form of verbs, say "I've decided to", talk about an exam's level, applying and passing, name what you study, and say "that's why".

THE STORY
Saturday January third, 2026. Ben's holiday in Kyoto is over, and Yui sees him off at the station. She asks what he's going to do about the exam. On Monday, the first day back at Sakura English, Ms. Aoki is handing round sweets from her hometown, Mr. Kimura is reading the newspaper, and Ben has news.
