PART 3 · LESSON 25 OF 30 · 40 MINUTES
The Morning
Tuesday the twenty-third of November, the morning of the wedding. Ben slept three hours and can't eat, the kimono dresser puts him into his hakama, Sota brings the rings, and across the corridor Yui thanks her mother. Talk about a sleepless night and nerves, being dressed by someone else, breathing in and out, what if I forget, and say "it's time" and "you look beautiful".

THE STORY
Eight o'clock on the wedding morning, a dressing room behind the shrine. Ben slept three hours and can't eat a thing. The kimono dresser works fast and talks softly, and Kenta, as best friend, has one job, to keep Ben calm. At nine Sota brings the rings and swears he won't lose them. Across the corridor, behind a paper door, Yui has been sitting still since eight while she is turned into a bride, and her mother is trying not to cry. At a quarter to ten, Miss Morita comes for the groom. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
