PART 2 · LESSON 18 OF 30 · 31 MINUTES
If I Were You
At midnight, Hugo finds Emma asleep at her desk, on top of her lesson plans, and she says she wasn't asleep. The next day, Chloe takes one look at her and gives her the same advice he did. Give advice with if I were you, imagine with if and the would form, and tell it apart from an if that can really happen.

THE STORY
It's Saturday the sixteenth of October. Hugo has come round to watch a film at Emma's studio, and Emma sat down at her desk for five minutes, to finish her lesson plans. Now the film is over, and it's midnight. The next day, at lunch, Chloe takes one look at her. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
