THE STORY
It's Thursday the twelfth of August, and Emma's parents fly home to Chicago. At the airport outside Paris, over one last coffee, her father has something to tell her about Hugo. Then it's time to say goodbye, and this time, Emma is the one who stays. That evening, the fast train takes her home to Lyon, where someone is waiting on the platform. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
