THE STORY

It's Sunday the eighth of August. Hugo has taken the day off, and Chloe drives everyone up the hill above Lyon, to her parents' house with the garden. Today Emma's family meets Chloe's. In Emma's bag there's a bottle of cider from Brittany, nine months late, and at the table, over coffee, somebody gives away Hugo's secret. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
