The Question Is the Height Limit

In his flat on the ninth floor, Mauro the lawyer explains to Daniel and Bia where the tower's permit is weak. Say the question is the height limit, the maximum height allowed on the street, they asked for an exception and someone at city hall signed, it's legal if there's a technical justification, I doubt there is, and ask for an injunction to halt the work.
