A fila começou a crescer

Sábado, três da tarde. As portas do centro abrem, e a Ana fica na porta, com a lista. Mas a fila cresce mais depressa do que ela esperava, e o Sam tenta abrir outra mesa de entrada. Aprenda a explicar uma espera, a pedir desculpas pela demora, a agradecer a paciência e a sugerir alguma coisa para fazer enquanto isso, e a falar claro com quem ainda está aprendendo inglês, mesmo com barulho.

THE STORY

Sábado, dia 300, três da tarde. As portas do centro comunitário abrem, e a Ana fica na porta, com a lista. Mas a fila chega até a esquina, e metade das pessoas não se inscreveu. O Sam vai abrir outra mesa de entrada, só para quem não se inscreveu, e a Ana pede uma coisa, uma lista só. A Carol chega com meio prédio, e o Farid, um vizinho dela, ainda está aprendendo inglês.
