What Did They Say?

The evening before he meets Sarah's parents, Julian is a bundle of nerves, and wants to know exactly what they've said about him. Then, on Thursday night, the dinner in the main square. Report what people said, asked and told you to do - she said she was happy, he asked if you were, she told me to invite you - meet your partner's parents, and reassure someone who's nervous.

THE STORY

It's Wednesday evening, the twenty-second of July. Tomorrow, Julian will finally meet Sarah's parents, at dinner in the main square. He has ironed three shirts and can't choose. They're sitting on Sarah's balcony with two coffees, and he can't stop asking questions. Then, on Thursday night, the dinner itself. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
