THE STORY

Late Saturday morning, November first, Sarah meets Lupita outside the closed clinic. The parade was on Friday night, after Andres painted Sarah's face and then his own. Emily danced, Sarah took photographs on her replacement phone, and they came home at two. Doctor Ruiz stops to say hello and looks at the pictures too.
