PART 2 · LESSON 18 OF 30 · 40 MINUTES
In My Day
Rosario comes up from Cadiz for the day, sees her old ward and meets Nerea at last - the student who has been keeping an eye on Sarah on her orders. Compare then and now the way two generations do - in my day, things have changed a lot, some for the better and some for the worse, that hasn't changed at all, it's not like it used to be - and see a teacher off at the station.

THE STORY
It's Wednesday, April 11th, 2029, eleven in the morning, in the hospital cafe. Rosario has come up from Cadiz on the train for the day, in her best coat, to see her old ward, and, she says, to check up on everyone. Sarah has the night off. Nerea is on the morning shift, on her break. She has never met Rosario, but she has had eleven messages from her. They sit down with three coffees from the machine. At six, Julian comes to the station to see Rosario off. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
