L’HISTOIRE

Wednesday December twenty-second, 2027, from nine in the morning at Manolo's bar to the afternoon streets. Sarah and Lucia are off duty this morning, and Julian has arranged a morning away from his research. The neighbours have written shares in one ticket; Manolo also owns a separate full ticket with the same number. Their dreams stay imaginary, the confirmed refund stays separate from Manolo's breakfast treat, and tomorrow's parents' arrival is still ahead.
