L’HISTOIRE
It is Sunday November sixteenth. On Sundays the streets around the main square of Merida are closed to cars, with music, dancing and a long row of stalls selling the food of the Yucatan. Sarah and Camila set out with Rosa's map. At lunch Sarah tries cochinita pibil for the first time and insists on paying, to thank Camila for a trip they haven't taken yet. Then come marquesitas, dancing in the square, and lime soup in the evening.
