PARTIE 2 · LEÇON 12 SUR 30 · 40 MINUTES
The Third Flat
Sarah and Elena see three flats in one afternoon - too small, too dark, and then a perfect one with a view - and that evening Sarah writes to Julian. Ask if there's anything that doesn't work, say there's nobody who makes noise, compare flats, and say none of them had what you wanted.

L’HISTOIRE
It's Wednesday, the fourth of February, at four in the afternoon. The agent has three flats to show Sarah, all in the same quiet old neighbourhood of cobbled streets and painted walls. Elena has taken the afternoon off to come too, and she has a lot of opinions. The first two were disappointing. Now they're climbing the stairs to the third. That evening, Sarah writes to Julian, who lives in that very neighbourhood. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
