THE STORY
Saturday, the eleventh of November, twenty twenty-eight. Six o'clock, the door of a house in Osaka, forty minutes from Tsubame Travel's office and an hour and a quarter from Kyoto. Miss Nishimura's parents, who slept two nights at the Hanaya in April and have talked about it ever since, open the door before Ben rings. Half past six, their table, more dishes than people. Nine, the door again, and a bag that weighs a kilo. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
