A primeira pergunta da Ana já traz a resposta dentro, e a Maya pega. Aprenda a escrever uma pergunta sem induzir a resposta, a perguntar o que tornaria alguma coisa mais fácil e a pedir que alguém descreva uma vez em que algo funcionou, ou não.

THE STORY

Sábado, dia 356. Duas da tarde, na cozinha de casa. A Maya chega com o caderno, e as duas escrevem as perguntas para quem usa a área de leitura sempre e para quem passa por lá de vez em quando. A primeira pergunta da Ana é de sim ou não, e já traz a resposta dentro. A Maya pega, e as duas recomeçam pelo que as pessoas fazem. No fim, uma lista só, para os três grupos, e a decisão de testar primeiro com alguém conhecido.
