After a third presentation, Mrs. Hayashi says yes in one word. At four o'clock Mr. Okada gathers the department and reads out a notice, that from April the family-inn tours will begin and that Ben is the leader. Ben says he will do his best and thanks the president for the chance, and Ms. Nishimura says a new graduate will join. The Hanaya congratulates him on the speaker phone, and in the evening Yui reminds him she said three times. Say let's do it, we announce that from April, the leader is Ben, I will do my best, and thank you for the opportunity.

THE STORY

The meeting room on the ninth floor, the department's office at four, a stairwell and a small place near home in Kyoto. Mrs. Hayashi is polite, Mr. Okada reads a notice in humble keigo and is polite, Ben is humble with the president, Natsuki is polite, and Yui is plain with Ben.
