PART 3 · LESSON 26 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
The Hanaya, as a supplier
Ben and Ms. Nishimura visit the Hanaya in Asakusa the way the company sees an inn, as customers. Mrs. Sato will not let Ben carry anything, because today he is a guest. Ms. Nishimura inspects the bath, the breakfast and the English notice in keigo of an exactness that makes everyone stand straighter, and praises Kenta's keigo as warm. Kenta has one condition, that the Hanaya stays the Hanaya. At night, in room three, Ben asks him whether he is sleeping. Say today you are a guest, may I see the bath, breakfast is from seven, the Hanaya stays the Hanaya, and three nights out of seven.
