PART 3 · LESSON 27 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
Tokyo in a day
Ben spends a working day in Tokyo. At the Nihonbashi office, where a year ago he waited as a guest, he says he is from the head office and thanks Mr. Fujita for the other day. At Sakura English, where Mike has the N4 certificate on the wall, he gives Aya back the book of keigo, finished to the last page after a year and a month. On the bullet train home, a tired Ms. Nishimura speaks only Osaka speech, and Ben says he understands it all but does not say it. Say I am Ben from the head office, thank you for the other day, I read it to the last page, I understand it all but I don't say it, and that is your charm.
