PART 3 · LESSON 22 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
I'd Like to Know Why
Daniel's third day in the Northeast, and the interviews for the new team. Three and a half years after Dona Sonia interviewed him, Daniel asks the questions, and his first ones come out like an interrogation. With Edson's help, he starts again. Ask the polite way, "I'd like to know why you want to work with us", "could you tell me a little about your experience?", and wrap a question inside a sentence.

THE STORY
Wednesday the seventh of August, twenty thirty. Edson has booked five interviews for the new team, and he sits in on every one. Daniel has a list of questions on his phone. It starts with the ones Dona Sonia asked him at his own interview, three and a half years ago. At nine, the first candidate, Larissa, sits down, and it doesn't go the way Daniel planned. At five, the last candidate has a question of his own. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
