The Teacher Is Six
Alice runs Daniel's first exam-prep session at the kitchen table, with a list, a timer and no mercy, and Bia reports it. Say the teacher says we start with the hard words, she wants you to say Rio ten times, she says you say it like a gringo, better, now a whole sentence, she says you have to write a letter of complaint, to whom, to the building manager about the lift, she says that's what the exam is like, and she's right it is.
