On Sunday, the steep streets of Olinda, the giant puppets, which Alice takes for people, and three steps of frevo. THE STORY
Saturday the twenty-second of February, twenty thirty-one, Carnival Saturday, ten in the morning, downtown in the Northeast. Alice and her mother landed last night on the company's first ticket, with Daniel at the gate with flowers. Edson and Larissa have brought the family to the pavement, where the fastest dance in Brazil comes up the street under a thousand little umbrellas, and Daniel is wearing the pirate hat from his first Carnival. Alice, fourteen and a half months and walking everywhere, wants an umbrella. On Sunday, the steep streets of Olinda, the giant puppets, and three steps of frevo. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
