PART 3 · LESSON 30 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
The next conversation is Ana's
After the meeting, Emma and Sam propose a new situation to Ana, negotiating a study trip with constraints and an unexpected change, and Ana learns to evaluate what she can already do and what she is still working on, and to formulate her next real-world goal. Say we have a new situation for you without rehearsal, bring it on, a five-day study trip two thousand dollars and the university just changed the dates, what do you want me to do with that, negotiate with the university on the phone now Sam is the university, I can now ask for the options check before deciding and say what we can sustain, and what are you still working on, I'm still working on saying no without explaining too much, then that's your next situation, the next situation I want to resolve is that call with a no in it.
