Who needs to resolve this
An impasse over the side door key exceeds Ana's authority, and she learns to set boundaries on what she can approve and take the decision to the person who decides, with a deadline, reason, and options. Say the association wants a side door key to the library for Saturdays, that's beyond what I can approve keys belong to Jordan, then ask her, Jordan we need a decision on the side door key by Thursday because the first morning session is Saturday, what are the options, a key for Carla a key for Sam who already opens anyway or the front door with a volunteer, Sam already has a key, so it's no new key and Sam at eight thirty, approved, Thursday with two days to spare.
