PART 3 · LESSON 23 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
Owning a sending mistake
Ana sent partners an old time and calls to fix it before it spreads, and learns to correct a mistake directly and take ownership of the corrective action. Say Carla I sent you the wrong time this morning the correct start is nine not ten, I already forwarded it to twelve families, I was afraid of that to put this right I'll write to the twelve myself, you don't have their emails, then I'll write the message and you forward it with my name on it, your name, my mistake my name, that's unusual, it's quicker than being unusual on Saturday at nine with no one there, send it.
