PART 2 · LESSON 18 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES

Disagreement about the space

Emma wants a quiet room and Sam prefers the large hall, and Ana learns to ask what matters most behind each position and to test a solution that addresses both. Say the small room the kids need quiet to hear, the hall we never know how many are coming, what matters most to you about the small room, that nobody shouts to be heard, and for you in the hall, not turning anyone away, a setup that closes off half the hall with screens would address both concerns, if the screens hold the sound, let's test on Thursday with real kids, real kids again.
