PART 1 · LESSON 4 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
The right to pass on a question
Before the first circle, Ana and Emma agree with Rosa on how to say no to a question, ask for a break, and mark an off-limits topic, and Ana learns to make the right to refuse explicit and confirm a boundary. Say before we start a rule you don't have to answer anything you don't feel comfortable with, how do I say no in front of everyone, you say pass just the word, pass, and if you need a break touch your glass, there's one thing I'd rather not talk about my brother, just to confirm you'd rather not talk about your brother at all, not tonight, then nobody will ask, and if anyone asks I'll say pass for you.
