PART 1 · LESSON 1 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES Free
Taking on coordination
The library invites Ana to coordinate communication for a neighborhood partnership, and Ana learns to describe the scope of a role before accepting and to ask who has the final say. Say the library is joining a neighborhood partnership, we'd like you to coordinate the communication, let me make sure I understand, my role would be to keep three partners talking to each other, three partners, one calendar, and the public, who would have the final say on what gets announced, each partner, for their own events, and on the shared ones, that's what you'd coordinate, that's a polite way of saying nobody, then my first job is to find out who, that's why we asked you.
