PART 3 · LESSON 26 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
A problem after the handover
The sessions change days right after the handover, and Ana learns how to recall what was agreed in the handover, make a single adjustment together, and make it clear whose turn is next. Say the sessions moved to Thursdays the sign says Wednesdays, as agreed in the handover you update the day, I know but the flyer went out yesterday, that's not in the handover, so what do we do, we can make this one adjustment together, and the next one, the next one is yours, fair, and add the flyer to page one.
