PART 2 · LESSON 18 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
What we saw, what we heard
In the square, a statement about the use of the space makes the rounds, and Ana learns to separate what she saw herself, what she heard without checking, and what is just an opinion. Say nobody uses the square after dark, from what I've seen the benches stay full until nine, I heard it empties out after that, I heard that too but I didn't check, I checked I walk my dog at ten, and, teenagers two couples and me, so what we saw is people until ten and what we heard is an empty square, so I heard wrong, or you heard an opinion.
