'Soon' meant Friday to Sam and next month to Carla, and Ana learns to clarify a vague term and expose the assumption each person was making. Say Carla said the flyers would be ready soon, that was Monday, they will be, soon, Carla, when you say soon, do you mean this week or this month, next month, the printer the association uses has a queue, I was working on the assumption that soon meant Friday, for me, soon means before the event, so we had two soons and no date, we need a date, from now on, we say the day, not the word, the twelfth.
