PART 2 · LESSON 18 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES

What Counts as Success?

Before the trial run starts, Jordan asks the team to define when to keep, change, or end it. Say what counts as success, we haven't written that down yet, let's define keep, change, or end now, if the results indicate at least six people a week we keep it, under six we change something before ending it, we would reconsider if nobody came two weeks in a row, and all three of you write that down.
