PART 1 · LESSON 2 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES Free

What each partner needs

At the first joint meeting, Ana listens to what Carla's association and Dave's café expect from the partnership, and learns to make expectations observable and to test a priority summary. Say Carla, what would success look like for the association, forty families at the first event, and half of them back at the second, Dave, and for the café, honestly, people finding my door, the event can be anything, so your main concern seems to be visibility, not the program, that's it, and mine is that people come back, those two can live together, can they, if the way back to the second event goes past your door.
