Two versions with the same name

Sam and Maya review different signs with the same file name, and Ana learns to find the latest approved version and name files so it won't happen again. Say the sign says Wednesdays at ten, mine says Wednesdays at four, we seem to be working from different files, mine is called sign final, so is mine, which is the latest approved version, Jordan approved four ten was the first draft, so the four o'clock one is the latest approved version Sam delete yours, and the name, sign the date and approved never final again.
