PART 1 · LESSON 5 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
How will we know it's done?
Before making any sign, Jordan wants to know when the project ends, and Ana learns to state criteria instead of promises. Say, "when is this done," "it will count as complete when a new person finds the room without asking," "without asking anyone," "without asking at the front desk," "how will we know," "Emma will count the questions one week before and one week after," "what about the sign itself," "a user should be able to read it from the entrance," "that's two criteria," "two are enough any more than that and we'd never finish."
