PART 3 · LESSON 22 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
A delay that needs to be communicated early
A permit from city hall takes longer than expected, and Ana learns to alert partners to a risk before it becomes a reality, promising an update by a set deadline. Say do we have the permit for the plaza, not yet city hall said ten days and it's already twelve, so are we delayed, there's a risk we won't have the permit by Friday, and the flyer already says plaza, that's why I'm warning you now not on Friday, what do we do, I'll update you by Wednesday even if the answer is still no, and if it's a no, then we'll print a sticker that says hall and stick it on top.
