At a public hearing in the city council, the developer's engineer makes his case for the tower, and Daniel answers for the residents. Say I declare the public hearing open, the project creates three hundred jobs and respects all the regulations, with all due respect the engineer is right in part, nobody disputes that, and it's not a matter of being against, it's a matter of being equal for everyone.

THE STORY

In a chamber of the city council of Rio, at a public hearing about the tower in Botafogo, a councillor gives the floor to the developer's engineer and then to Daniel, who speaks for the residents.
