Seu Jorge, the doorman, shows Daniel a sign on the empty plot on the corner, and Dona Marta has something to say about it. Say did you see the sign, a developer is going to put up a twenty-storey tower, right in front of the building, does the work have a permit, and afterwards we go to city hall.

THE STORY

At the door of the building in Botafogo, in Rio, Seu Jorge, the doorman, tells Daniel about a sign that has gone up on the empty plot on the corner, and Dona Marta, the neighbour from downstairs, joins them.
