Suspending Isn't Cancelling

The television news brings the decision on the tower, and Seu Jorge comes up with what the radio said. Say city hall has suspended the permit, the developer announced that it will appeal, suspending isn't cancelling, appealing takes years, until then the view stays, and they're going to reduce it to twelve floors.

THE STORY

In the living room of the flat in Botafogo, in Rio, Daniel and Bia hear the decision about the tower on the evening news, and Seu Jorge, the doorman, rings the bell with what the radio said.
