PART 2 · LESSON 20 OF 30 · 40 MINUTES
Better Than I Expected
On All Saints' Day, Sarah, Nerea and Alvaro sit a full practice exam, and two of the three results are better than anyone expected. Then Sarah goes with Encarna to take flowers to Paco, and Encarna tells him the whole autumn. Say how did it go, better than I expected, out of how many, that's amazing, not once, this calls for a celebration, I'm a bit down, what counts is January, don't count your chickens, it's giving us trouble - and review everything from the second part of this level.

THE STORY
It's Thursday, November 1st, 2029, All Saints' Day, a holiday in Spain. At nine this morning, in a study centre in the centre of Seville, five hundred nurses sat a full practice exam - two hundred questions, five hours, the same as the real thing in January. Sarah sat it with four topics still to do. The results came out on the screen at two. Sarah, Nerea and Alvaro come out into the street, blinking in the sun. At five, Sarah goes with Encarna to the cemetery, to take flowers to Paco, and Encarna tells him the news. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
