PART 3 · LESSON 21 OF 30 · 40 MINUTES
I Got It!
On February 2nd, Candlemas, in the middle of Sarah's tamale party at the clinic, Julian runs in with the news from Seville. Say they gave it to me, I've just found out, I called you three times, ask when someone is leaving, react to big news, and say you're happy for someone and a little sad for yourself.

THE STORY
It's Tuesday, February 2nd, Candlemas. The waiting room of the clinic has been turned into a party, with fifty tamales in two big pots, a jug of Tono's hot chocolate, and the patients' children running around. Sarah is serving tamales in her apron. At eleven o'clock, the door flies open, and Julian runs in, out of breath, waving his phone. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
